Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 2500. For orders below INR 2500 we charge a nominal fee of INR 150.

Standard Shipping: All accessories & clothing items are delivered within 5-7 working days.

International Shipping: We provide the option of international shipping to most destinations globally. For all international shipping orders kindly use razorpay secure for payments. International shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout. Orders will take ~7-10 business days for delivery. 

• If you are unable to make payments via our payment gateway, we also provide you an alternative to using Paypal. But Paypal has extra charges of 5% on your total order.
• Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. if the product does not match the item in the order confirmation, or if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

General

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

• By email at info@kaystle.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
• Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage in the email.
• Retain the packaging of the damaged products received.

We will look into the issue and aim to revert within 48 working hours.

Exchange & Refund Policy

• Once confirmed by our team, the refund of the amount to the customer’s bank account will take approximately 5-7 working days.
• No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
